Specialized care for concussion, dizziness, POTS, and migraines using evidence-based functional neurology and vestibular rehabilitation to build a focused plan around your findings.
Many of the people who come to us have already seen specialists, completed testing, or tried rehabilitation and still feel limited by dizziness, balance problems, post-concussion symptoms, POTS, motion sensitivity, or other persistent neurological symptoms.
Our role is to take a broader look at how your nervous system is functioning, how those findings show up in your body, and where rehabilitation may be able to help.
We commonly work with patients who are dealing with dizziness, balance, post-concussion, autonomic, headache, and visual or motion-sensitivity symptoms.
We do not rely on one test. We look at several parts of the nervous system so we can build a clearer picture of how different systems are functioning together.
The findings help us identify patterns that may be relevant to your symptoms and build a more focused rehabilitation plan. If you are looking for POTS support in San Diego, positional heart-rate and blood-pressure responses may be included when relevant. We also assess people dealing with chronic imbalance and balance disorders.
A clear path from your first conversation to a focused plan.

See how your nervous system is functioning.
We perform a broad assessment based on your history and symptoms, looking at the neurological, balance, eye-movement, autonomic, and musculoskeletal findings that are most relevant to your case.
Understand what we found.
We sit down with you and explain the findings in clear, simple terms.
Build care around your results.
We use your findings to build a more focused rehabilitation plan rather than putting every patient through the same protocol.
Track changes and adjust as you improve.
We continue to monitor how you're responding and adjust the plan as your needs change.
Your program is based on what we find during the assessment. Not every patient receives the same exercises or therapies.
Targeted exercises may support gaze stability, balance, visual comfort, and motion tolerance.
Gradual, individualized activities may support upright tolerance and a safer return to activity.
Exercises are selected to support the timing and coordination patterns found during your examination.
When relevant, care may address neck and musculoskeletal findings that affect movement or comfort.
Additional supported therapies may be included when they fit your findings and rehabilitation goals.
Our doctors are Functional Neurology Trained and use the examination findings to guide rehabilitation and determine when co-management or referral may be appropriate.

Constant dizziness for 2 years. ENT couldn't help. After vestibular and autonomic rehab here, I'm finally stable and clear-headed.
